Here’s a way for children to enjoy painting without the big clean up that paint sometimes requires. Grab a paintbrush and a bowl of water and take it outside. Let your child paint the sidewalk, rocks, leaves, etc. If you are feeling adventurous, you could even grab a large paintbrush and let your child “paint” the house. Older children can practice writing their name and other letters and numbers.
