What is the culture and work environment at Kinderberry Hill?

For over 30 years, Kinderberry Hill has been dedicated to providing children, families, and employees with exceptional early childhood experience. At Kinderberry Hill, we use an innovative and unique approach to childcare through the Reggio Emilia approach. As Reggio-inspired schools, we view children as competent, capable, and rich with ideas. Children observe, investigate, and explore the world around them through play in our state-of-the-art classrooms. Kinderberry Hill also offers Nature Explore Certified Outdoor Classrooms which allow children to have safe, ready-made access to green places and engagement with nature. Our outdoor classrooms offer opportunities for exploration, discovery, collaboration, and wonder.

Our classrooms are filled with unique and beautiful items offering children and staff a beautiful place to learn and grow. Ample supplies, materials, teaching tools, and enhancements are provided at the expense of Kinderberry Hill.  Our teachers do not supplement the curriculum at their own expense.

Our Kinderberry Hill teachers are valued members of our school community. We strive to ensure everyone has a voice and is a valued contributor to our school.

A merit adjustment occurs annually and as an employee, you control the percentage based on your overall performance. Length of service and teacher referral bonuses are offered.
