We’re Grateful

Sit, reflect, talk, and share about what you’re grateful for. What are some of your favorite things?

Materials:

  • A safe space
  • Paper
  • Crayons, colored pencils, or markers
  • Scissors

Step-by-Step:

Invite your children to play, read together, or simply sit and cuddle. Allow time for everyone to share their favorite things.

Art connection: Cut out heart shapes to write the words of what you are grateful for and then hang them from a tree, or in a room to enjoy.
