During Week of the Young Child, each day has a specific theme which allows us to explore a variety of play and learning activities together. These themes are:
- Music Monday – Early literacy skills and language are developed through music.
- Tasty Tuesday – Children learn math, science, and so much more through cooking.
- Work Together Wednesday – Social skills are fostered through project and group work.
- Artsy Thursday – Creativity and imagination are expressed through art mediums.
- Family Friday – Families and children are why we do this important work.
We want to thank our teachers and entire school community for ensuring that fun, enriched activities kept children captivated and curious all week long! And a special thank you to our families for joining in on the fun.
