‘Tis the Season for Boxes!

Many of us are depending more and more on shipping our gifts this season. Before you send those many boxes to the recycling bin, think about offering them to your children. Children love to build forts, cars, boats, robots, houses, and more from boxes. Offer them paints, stickers, crayons, and markers to enhance their projects. Then sit back and enjoy watching them create. For babies and young toddlers, simply putting boxes inside each other, removing and replacing lids, or drumming to explore sounds are all great ways for children to repurpose those many boxes coming your way!
