Seek, Find & Move

If you have any plastic eggs around the house, you can put them to use any time of year. Choose simple exercises that your child can complete. First, hide the eggs around your house, or in your yard. When your child finds an egg, have them open it. Then they have to complete the movement or exercise before they can find another egg.

Some ideas of movement could include:

  • Laps around the house
  • Yoga poses
  • Animal movements (crawl like a bear, walk like a crab)
  • Sit ups, push ups, jumping jacks (depending upon your child’s age)

*If you have more than one child, the person who finds the most eggs and completes their workout first wins!
