Repurpose Your Pumpkin

We all love seeing Jack-o-lanterns this time of year, but what can we do with them after the holiday? Here is a fun way to enjoy and share this beautiful fruit a little longer. Right after Halloween, while your pumpkin is still fresh (no decay), cut it into pieces and put it in small freezer bags. Pull out small bites to share with backyard squirrels, birds, and rabbits over the winter months. Your backyard neighbors will appreciate this fresh treat over the cold winter months!
