Mini Bird Feeders

Here is an easy project for the family!

Here’s what you need:

  • Cardboard or heavy cardstock
  • Nut butter or seed butter of your choice
  • Birdseed
  • Close pins or twine

First, cut shapes out of cardboard. Next spread nut or seed butter all over the shapes. Then, sprinkle bird seed over the butter. Attach the shapes to trees using clothespins. Or, you can use a hole punch and hang the bird feeders with twine.

Cutting shapes, spreading butter, and sprinkling the birdseed are all great ways to practice fine motor skills.

What a simple and creative to feed the birds!
